Post-marital counselling or post-marriage therapy is a form of talk therapy designed to help an individual married partner navigate challenges and stressors to improve the marital relationship.
The individual works with a trained counsellor to deal with challenging issues faced after the wedding, such as communication problems, conflicts, adjustment and trust issues, financial stress and changes in expectations.

You might think you don’t need marriage counseling, but trust me, you do. Even if it’s just two sessions with Mrs. English-Gray, take the time. Your marriage will be stronger for it.

And don’t forget about post-marriage check-ins. You don’t have to navigate everything on your own. Sometimes, having an unbiased third party to help you work through things can make all the difference.
